Hops were added in a muslin bag; boiled for 45 min. | ||||||||
Hops: | 33g Saaz Leaf (3% AA, 45 min.) | |||||||
Yeast: | Wyeast 3068 smack pak. | |||||||
Log: | Brewed on Oct. 17. After the boil I cooled off in the sink with constant running water. Dumped into the fermentor and added water up to 22 liters. Added the yeast and within a day the krausen plugged up my airlock. The plan: 1 week primary 1 week secondary keg half and bottle the other half Condition for 2 weeks |
