Tasting: | Too dark for style. Is actually a bit darker than an APA even. Late extract addition next time. Tastewise, pretty nice. Nice weizen taste with just a TOUCH of blueberry. No banana/clove from American Hefewiezen yeast. Blueberry seems to knock down the sulphur inherent in style. Maybe a bit more fruit extract next time. |
