This is a big beer that I'm making for the autumn.

Water: Calcium carbonate in mash and sparge water.
Grain: 7 lb. American 2-row
10 lb. Wheat malt
1 lb. American crystal 40L
Mash: 70% efficiency
protein rest at 130 deg. F; mash at 150 deg. F.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.059 8 gallons
none
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.9% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Danstar Nottingham with starter
