Alcohol: 4.1% v/v (3.2% w/w)
Water: Longmont, CO tap water.
Grain: 6.5 lb. American 2-row
10 oz. Belgian Aromatic
8.0 oz. American Crystal 15L
6.0 oz. American Crystal 80L
Mash: 71% efficiency
11 qts @ 178°F. 90 minute mash @ 158°F.
Sparge with 5 gallons @ 175°F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.030 7.0 gallons
0.3 oz Irish Moss @ 15 min.
Hops: 0.4 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 40 min.)
0.5 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 15 min.)
1.2 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: 11 gr Danstar Windsor dry ale yeast.
Rehydrated with 3 Tbs Corn Sugar & 2 cups warm water.
Log: Primary, 6.5 gal glass carboy, 1 week @ ~68°F.
Secondary, 5 gal glass carboy, 1 week @ ~68°F.
Dry Hop w/ 2 oz. Centennial pellets in the secondary.
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Keg: 5.6 psi @ 37°F
