Summertime Light
I wanted to brew an easy-swilling beer for the summer (also something
that the 'Lite' drinkers could enjoy). To get the alcohol content up,
I used rock candy.

Yeast: | I used slurry from a previous batch (Wyeast London III). | |||||||
Log: | primary- 6 days secondary- 4 days |

Tasting: | It was pretty good after 1 week in the bottle, much better after 2. Has a slight and pleasant tang to it. The color is too light for me, if I do this one again I'll use amber syrup. |
