Steep: | Put grains in grain bag with two gallons of water and brought to a boil. Removed the grain bag. | |||||||

After removing the grain bag added the extract and brought to a boil then added the bittering hops. With fifteen minutes left in the boil added the aroma hops and a teaspoon of irish moss. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.) |

Log: | Primary fermentation lasted 7 days the bottled and let cure for 10 days | |||||||
Carbonation: | 2.3 volumes | Corn Sugar: 4.33 oz. for 5.5 gallons @ 70°F | ||||||

Tasting: | Very refreshing ale, good body, low bitterness, and just the right maltiness. Perfect after 2 months. |
