This is a little something I threw together.

Steep: | Brought water to a boil. Added grains. Removed from heat and let sit for 30 minutes. Then added 7 lbs of John Bull Amber Malt extract, 2 lbs honey. Brought to boil. Added hops throughout the boiling process at 15 minute intervals. | |||||||
Boil: | 70 minutes | SG 1.134 | 2 gallons | |||||

1 tsp Irish Moss added during the last 15 minutes of Boil time. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.) .5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.) |

Log: | Transfered to secondary after 7 days. Added .5 oz of Goldings to the Secondary. |
