Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Water: Hinkly, and a little City Chicago H2O
Grain: 20 lb. British pale
6 oz. Belgian Special B
2 lb. British crystal 50-60L
6 oz. Belgian chocolate
2 lb. American crystal 20L
1 lb. 8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
8 oz. Belgian aromatic
Mash: 70% efficiency
Igloo cooler lots of TH(L)C
Boil: 65 minutes SG 1.053 13 gallons
Irish moss incase you loose anything in dhere
Hops: 1.25 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
.75 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Split one on a hot Belgan Ale, and the other on an English Ale starter
Tasting: 2 weeks from columbus day!!!
