Carbonation: | Kegged on 4/24/08 and dropped 20 PSI in keg to keep it together | |||||||
Tasting: | 4/26/08 Tasted fine. Cool and crisp, but little or no caramel flavor. I figured with a pound of caramel something should come out. Vey dry. All in all a nice english nut brown. Will chill in fridge for 3 more weeks and break out the keg then to see what happens. |
