Log: | ferment for 8 days then rack and ferment for 7 more days then bottle | |||||||
Carbonation: | 2.5 volumes | Cane Sugar: 5.10 oz. for 6 gallons @ 70°F | ||||||
Tasting: | nice nut brown flavor, the roasted barley adds a real nice surprisong flavor |
