Mash: | 72% efficiency | |||||||
Mash in with 11.5 Gal at ~175° F to target ~155 Mash Temp. Mix thoroughly and rest for 50 minutes. Begin Recirculation and raise temp to 168° if possible. |

Boil: | 75 minutes | SG 1.074 | 14.25 gallons | |||||
FWH with 2 oz of Columbus Hops Add 1T Irish moss at last 30 min of Boil. After bitter wort is chilled add ~6 gal(50% of wort vol) to fermenters to increase volume/reduce Gravity. The intent is to end up with 18 gal of 1.055 wort rather than 12 gal at 1.083 |
