Flippen Brown Ale #13B (Brooklyn Clone)
I went to the Brooklyn Brewery, in Brooklyn NY, and fell in love with the "Brooklyn Brown Ale" at the source!!! This is my version of that lovely brown ale!

Steep: | Heat 1.5 gal. water to 170° and add specialty grains and steep for 60 minutes at 150°. Sparge with 1 gal. of water at 170°. | |||||||
