Mash for 60 min at 150°
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.050 10.5 gallons
Add Irish Moss last 20-15 min.
Hops: 2.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.8 oz. Amarillo (8.8% AA, 15 min.)
1. oz. Amarillo (aroma)
Yeast: WLP002 and WLP007
Carbonation: Keg at 25psi for 48hr. Serve at 8psi.
