(light) Brown Ale
I modified the "Osage Bluff Brown" recipe to make it lighter and with less hops. This turned out to be the best homebrew I have ever tasted.

Tasting: | Very good at first taste @ 19 days. This beer for some reason has a spicy bite finish. It has a lot of carbonation- belgian ale-ish. This beer took some time in the bottle to balance the spicy notes with hop flavor. |
