Lightning Strong Ale

First time in 15 or so years to use Cascades and the first time ever to use Centennial, the hop shortage made me do it and I very happy because this is a great beer! Not happy with the shortage though :(

Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.050 4.75 gallons
Moss and WL nutrients 15 min. boil
Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (8.7% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Centennial (8.7% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Used slurry from prev. batch
YEAST STRAIN: 1028 | London Ale™ / 2nd Gen
Rich with a dry finish, minerally profile, bold and crisp, with some fruitiness. Often used for higher gravity ales and when a high level of attenuation is desired for the style.

Log: Dry hopped with .25 oz. Cascades 6.3% for 2 weeks in secondary.
