Rerun Brown
Rerun Brown... Aptly named, this brown ale is made with the late sparge runnings from my "Phat Albert" oatmeal stout. I collected an additional 2 gallons of runoff that came in at 1.020 OG. I used the recipator to calculate an efficiency of about 40% at this point. So using roughly the same ratios of my OS grain bill, I came up with this "partial mash" recipe.
