Water: Distilled water
Grain: 0.5 lb. American crystal 40L
Steep: Steep grains in 70°C water (1 liter) for 30 minutes; sparge with
1 liter of water (70°C); top up to 6 gal and start boil.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 6 gallons
5.25 lb. Extra light dry malt extract
Irish moss added for final 15' of boil.
Hops: 18.0g Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
6.5g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
27.1g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1318 London Ale III in 1-liter starter
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes
