Mash in at 165°F to rest at 155°F for 1 hour, then pull large decoction to another pot. Bring decoction up to a boil & hold for 15 min. Add back to bring temp. up to 170°F & hold for 10 min. then sparge. | ||||||||

Log: | Ferment at 50-55°F until FG of 1.015, warm to diacetyl rest for 2 days, then lager at 34°F for 90 days. Going for a big malty, smooth bitterness Pils. | |||||||
