The BEST IPA you'll ever taste
The calculator is wrong about the bitterness because i cant put in the correct measurements of the sparge amounts so just pay attention to the notes!

The most important ingredient is whole leaf Mosaic hops. Hard to find but SOO worth it!

Mash at 151*F for 60 minutes. 11.6qts of strike water(1,1/3 qt/lbs) Then Mash-Out: raise temp to 165-170*F by adding a few pints of 200* water. Rest at this temp for 10 minutes. Then vorlauf. then sparge with 168* water until run off is as 1.008 gravity. (It took me 2.5 gallons of sparge water) |

Tasting: | Delicious, delicious, delicious!!!! The mosaic makes it the amazing brew that it is. Very floral and aromatic, nice malty notes balance the hops. Not overly bitter; just right. |
