Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash @ 155° for 60 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 6 gallons
5 lb. Light dry malt extract
1/2 Whirfloc tablet @ 15 min.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 2565 Kölsch yeast @ 63° F.
Tasting: Next time, i will back down the DME to 4lbs.
