Hops: 15g First Gold (7.25% AA, 60 min.)
15g First Gold (7.25% AA, 30 min.)
30g Tettnanger (3.5% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: Weizen Yeast WLP351
Log: Soaked 500 g of wheat while the water was coming to a boil. Took it out before puting the extract and hops.
Carbonation: 4.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 300g for 24 liters @ 19°C
