either mash bananas into the boil, (caution, extremely slow runoff can occur if using any small type of screen). or mash seperatly and add to fermenter. I mash 7 ponds of Bananas with 3/4 gallon of water. chopping and mixing for 45 min until a somewhat smooth "pudding" is achieved. | ||||||||
