Basic Vienna lager, brewed with mostly Vienna malt.

Alcohol: 4.5% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Grain: 20 lb. German Vienna
2 lb. Belgian CaraVienne
.5 oz. Carafa II
Mash: 72% efficiency
60 minute single-step infusion @ 154°F.

Mash-out @ 168°F.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.067 8.75 gallons
Hops: 28g Warrior (15.8% AA, 60 min.)
28g German Spalt (3.2% AA, 15 min.)
14g Styrian Celeia (2.6% AA, 15 min.)
14g Styrian Celeia (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast #2633 Octoberfest lager blend.
Log: Ferment for 2-3 weeks at 65°F, then remove to room temperature for 3-5 days for a diacetyl rest. Re-refrigerate and cold-crash to 35°F. Lager for 2 or more months at 35°F.
Carbonation: Shoot for 3.5 volumes of CO2.
