McBride's Amber Ale
This beer turned out really nice. A good balance between the malt and hops bitterness, with a dark amber color. Unlike a lot of beers, this one was good as soon as it was done carbonating, but has gotten even better with a little aging.
Actual specialty grains were
Briess Caramel 12 oz.
Pale Caramalt 12 oz.
