Honey Malt Wine

Hops: | 1.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.) .75 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.) .75 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Northern Brewer (aroma) |

Yeast: | WYeast London Ale Liquid yeast in a 1 quart starter. I use 1# of honey boiled for 10 min. in 1 qt. H2O. Pour into a suitable container, add balloned yeast package, stopper and airlock. Let sit 24-48 hrs. pre-pitching. |
