Luscious Brown Ale
This is a variation of Papazian's Elbro Nerkte Brown Ale.
This is an incredibly simple recipe that yields a phenomenal,
luscious brown ale.

Water: | Used grocery store (Star Market) bottled spring water. The 2+ gallons of water in the carboy were boiled for 10 minutes and cooled before addition. |

Tasting: | Wow! I brewed this recipe because I was busy researching other, more complicated recipes. I didn't have high expectations for this beer, but it turned out great. It's a rich, luscious brown with nice hop flavor and a wonderful head. A very well balanced beer. |
