1 lb. Flaked oats
Steep: Steep grains for 40 minutes at 155° in 3 gallons of water.
Sparge grains.
Boil: 80 minutes SG 1.127 4 gallons
3 lb. Amber dry malt extract
9 lb. Amber malt extract
Hops: 4 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 1084 Irish Ale yeast

Flocculation medium; apparent attenuation 71-75%. (62-72° F)
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.09 oz. for 5.5 gallons @ 62°F
