Add grains to 4 1/2 gallons 140° water - Rest 125°for 30 min. Add 2 gallons 200° water - raise and rest 160°-164° for 60 min. Sparge 4 gallons 190° water. If Hop profile looks familiar...I took it note for note from the DOMINATOR II recipe in this same category. |

Log: | Primary 1 day @ 65°-70°. Secondary 2 weeks @ 40°-50° Lager in Keg. |

Carbonation: | Hit with 10 lbs. and then I plan to lager this beer for 6 months in a keg in the deepest regions of my frig or maybe a buddies frig who doesn't own kegging gear. | |||||||
Tasting: | I don't know how this one turned out. It is 11/29/00 and I am transfering into the secondary tomorrow. Then it's 6 months and 2 wks. until I know. Maybe check back in June to see if the tasting went well. Many thanks to FRANZKELLER for his tasty hop profile |
