Hops: | 1 oz. Northern Brewer (7.2% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.1% AA, 30 min.) .5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.1% AA, 15 min.) |

Yeast: | Since I'm using British hops I'll use a British ale yeast. Wyeast 1098. Wyeast 1338 would do as well. |
