This is a variation of a a recipie I found at my local Homebrew supply shoppe.

Steep: | water was brought up to 150°F. Then the grain was added. The held for 30 mins. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.096 | 3 gallons | |||||
6.6 lb. Light malt extract 10 oz. Cane sugar |

2 tsp. Irish Moss 15 min before the end of boil. | ||||||||
Hops: | 2.0 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.) 1.0 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.) .5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.) |

Yeast: | 1028 London Ale. | |||||||
Log: | Brewed Feb- 03 - 2001 and is off to a healthy fermentation ~12 hours later | |||||||
Carbonation: | bottle carbonation with DME or corn sugar. | |||||||
