Note: 7 gal to mash tun (equivalent to 2-qts/lb)/ 16 additional used in sparge to net 12 gal wort.

2 lb. American crystal 40L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. Flaked wheat
Mash: 87% efficiency
Protein Rest - 120°F/30"
Starch Conversion - 150°F/90"
Mash Off/Sparge - 170°F, Sparge time 1 hour
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 12 gallons

Irish Moss at 15" remaining
Add Honey at 15" remaining. Used Cucamonga Organic Hawaiian Honey
Hops: 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
