Mashed at 150° for 90 min raised temp to 170° for 15min Sparged until I reached 12 gallons. |

Yeast: | Made a starter with dme and Wyeast 1728 Scottish In primary for 2 weeks then added Lavin EC1118 to finish out fermentation. |

Carbonation: | Added 1.5 cups corn sugar bottled conditioned | |||||||
Tasting: | After 1 week in the bottle, light carbonation present, fantastic complex brew good ballance hops and sweetness. Should age well. |
