Kitchensink Kolsch

I really don't know what this is, but I have left-overs, from a couple of batches, so hear goes.

Beer: Kitchensink Kolsch Style: Kölsch Ale
Type: Partial mash Size: 5 gallons
Color:
11 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.058 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: 3-micron , charcoal filtered Colorado River water
Grain: 4 oz. Wheat malt
4 oz. German Vienna
4 oz. American crystal 10L
4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
2 oz. Roasted buckwheat
4 oz. Flaked rye
4 oz. Flaked wheat
1 lb. American 2-row
Mash: 40% efficiency
Mini-mash using a sock or cheesecloth, in 1 gallon of water. 15 minutes @110°F, 15 minutes @125°F, 60 minutes at 150°F-155°F. Remove grains, sparge in strainer with 1 gallon @ 170°F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.116 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
12 oz. Honey
Add extracts and honey
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Kolsch Ale, liquid pitchable.
Carbonation: Usually 7/8 cup of corn sugar (I like it bubbly)
Tasting: Got NOOOO idea!!!
