2 TSP OF GYPSUM, CHINOOK & NORTHERN BREWERS HOPS WERE ADDED AT START OF BOIL. ADDED STERILIZED OAK CHIPS AT 30 MINUTES FOR IPA AUTHENTICITY. IRISH MOSS ADDED LAST 10 MINUTES. FINISHED WITH CASCADE HOPS LAST MINUTE WITH LID TO HOLD IN AROMAS. |

Tasting: | TRIED FIRST BOTTLE AT CHRISTMAS. FANTASTIC. BITTER BUT GREAT BALANCE AND THE OAK GAVE IT A SPECIAL TOUCH OF FLAVOR & AROMA. CANNOT KEEP MY FRIENDS OUT OF MY STASH. TRIED A "LOST" BOTTLE ON APRIL 15 AND IT WAS JUST AS GOOD. |
