This is a great recipe if you like Stone Brewery's Arrogant Bastard Ale. It might be a little to hoppy for some but don't be scared, give it a try.

Steep: | Did a partial mash of all the grains used grain @ 150*F for 30 minutes. Mashed out at 168*F and steeped in 170*f wort. | |||||||

Log: | Primary 7 days at 65*f. Transfered to secondary carboy. 2oz. Casacade hops for dry hopping. Secondary 14 days at 32*F |

Tasting: | Came out a little dark for an IPA but it tastes great, and it has a awesome aroma. |
