1.5 lb. Light dry malt extract
Added 1 lbs. Lactose to boil
Irish Moss at 15 mins.
Hops: 1 oz. Northdown (7.6% AA, 75 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 75 min.)
Yeast: White Labs English Ale
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Keg: 9.0 psi @ 45°F
