Add 3 1/2 gal. of water and 3lbs of DME to boil. 1 tesp of Irish Moss last 15 min and 1 tesp of Yeast nutrient last 10 min. | ||||||||

Log: | Ferment at 68° for 1 week primary,two weeks secondary. Rack and bottle or keg. |
