Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.009
Alcohol: 5.1% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: Approx. 1 Tbls CaCl2 in strike/sparge H20
Grain: 13 lb. British pale
1.25 lb. Weyermann Vienna
1.75 lb. Weyermann Cara Munich II
.75 lb. Dark Wheat malt
Mash: 93% efficiency
Dough in with H20 about 90°C
Temp. stablized about 63-64°C hold 10 min.
Add more H20 temp. stablized about 70°C hold about 10min.
Start recirculation go about 25 min.
pump wort into kettle took about 30 min. Had flame
going as soon as wort went over screen.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 13 gallons
add 3 whirl flocs at 20 min.
Run though wort chiller.
Hops: 2 oz. Perle (6.6% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 20 min.)
1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: 300ml wyeast Irish ale 1084
give a good shot of pure O2
