Hopefully this will be a super winter warmer.

Beer: Jacob Marleys Winter Barley Style: American Amber Ale
Type: Extract Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
21 HCU (~12 SRM)
Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.069 FG: 1.160
Alcohol: -
Water: 1 tsp gpysum @ begining of the boil. 1 tabsp irish moss @ 50 mins.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.063 6 gallons
6.6 lb. Amber malt extract
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
added 1 oz sweet orange peel, .5oz cardomun seed, 1tabsp cinnamon, .5tabsp ginger, 1tsp nutmeg, 5whole cloves, @50 mins. and then sparge all into the wort.
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: 2 packs Nottingham dry ale yeast
