Tasting: | Nice sweet stout going into bottles. A milling mistake gone right. Note to self, pay attention to the labels on your grain bins so you don't grab Munich instead of 2 row. Good thing the mill hopper only holds 16 lbs at once! We'll see how she fares in competition. |
