Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.048 | 5.5 gallons | |||||

Used 1/2 teaspoon Irish Moss. Will use Whirlfloc next time. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.) .75 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 5 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (aroma) |

Yeast: | Wyeast 1056. Let Incubate overnight. No starter | |||||||
Log: | Spent 8 days in primary at 63-68 Degrees. Very vigorous ferment. Then 7 days in secondary. Didn't dry hop first time. Bottle Condition for 2 weeks. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Used 4.80 Oz of priming sugar. | |||||||
Tasting: | Tasted almost right on. Color was right on. Floral and bitterness right on. Very clean. Dry Hopped with one oz. of Cascades this time (didn't the first try cause I ran out) and was perfect. |
