This is my third attempt at a Dunkel all grain brew. Brewed 10/28/06.

Mash in at 165°F & rest at 153°-155°F for 1 hour or until conversion. Test w/ Iodine for conversion. | ||||||||
Boil: | 90 minutes | SG 1.057 | 15 gallons | |||||
1 Tablespoon Irish Moss last 15 min. of boil. | ||||||||
Hops: | 2 oz. Tettnanger (whole) (4.5% AA, 60 min.) 2 oz. Hallertauer (whole) (4.1% AA, 30 min.) |

Log: | Primary @ 50-55°F until below 1.020, then lauger @ 35°F until gone. | |||||||
