this is going to be my late fall brew. i expect great results from this beer!!!

1 tsp irish moss. add maple syrup at flame out. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.) | |||||||
Yeast: | WLP023 burton ale yeast | |||||||
Log: | 1-2-3 method. im using raw pure maple syrup from a buddy (steve) across the black river. this syrup is amazing. tastes way different than stores crap syrup. | |||||||
