Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: 1028
Log: Updated with 1/2lb more 2-row,cara-pils, 1/2oz of Norhtern at 30min, and Centennial for dry hopping.
Tasting: Dryhopping brought a lot of character to this brew. Should probably be renamed as a Pale Ale or an American IPA.
