The last addition of Hallertauer hops is at 5 minutes before the end
of the boil.
Hops: 28g Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
28g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
28g Saaz (3.75% AA, 50 min.)
20g Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
20g Saaz (3.75% AA, 20 min.)
20g Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Any lager/pilsner yeast

Tasting: I tasted this for the first time today and immediately made another
batch! Big hop flavor with some grassiness from the Hallertauer hops.
