Brew #1 The First Ale

The Actual OG that I came up with was 1.031 but to keep the receipe true to what was brewed I left it as the databse said it should be.

Water: No water treatment other then Gypsum (1TBSP)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.081 3 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
3.3 lb. Amber malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
.4 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Pitchable Liquid Yeast WLP004 Irish Ale Yeast
Attenuation: 69-74%
Flocculation: Medium to High
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 65-68°F
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium-High

Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.57 oz. for 4.25 gallons @ 70°F
