Boil 1 tsp Irish Moss and brown sugar 15 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs WLP023 - Burton Ale
Log: Primary 1 week at 68 in plastic. Secondary the same.
