Alcohol: 7.5% v/v (5.9% w/w)
Water: 1 T 5.2 pH Stabilizer for Mash
Grain: 12 lb. American 2-row
6 oz. American crystal 45L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 83% efficiency
Mash 150 to 152 for 90 minutes. Sparge normally.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.063 7 gallons
1 lb. Corn sugar
Hops: 2 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 90 min.)
2.75 oz. Warrior (16% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Simcoe (13% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (12% AA, 30 min.)
2.25 oz. Centennial (aroma)
1 oz. Simcoe (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs California Ale in 1 qt starter
Log: Dry Hop with 3.25 Columbus Hops, 1.75 Centennial Hops, and 1.75 Simcoe Hops.
Carbonation: Keg and Force Carbonate
