I brewed this one for Memorial Day 2007 party- Very popular with the everyone-even my hops hating wife! Very middle of the road, refreshing beer. Great session beer that is flavorful.

Hops: | .9 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 30 min.) | |||||||
Yeast: | Wyeast 1056 starter-my "house yeast" from previous batches. Washed, then started in 2L Flask. | |||||||
