This is meant to be a clone of Young's Special Bitter. I was shooting for an OG around 1047, but seem to have overshot it a bit. Oh well.

8:30 AM, dumped 11 Qts of water (at 175°) over grains in a cooler. It settled to about 154°. Left it and took the kiddies to their soccer games. Got home at 11:30, was fully converted. | ||||||||
